Details
Legionella bacteria regularly re-enters water supply systems and can become an issue if left unchecked. Along with out regular testing kits, we recommend using our Legionella Control Scheme Pack to ensure routine testing is carried out.
Regular testing is especially important for buildings that may stand empty for long periods of time, such as rental or holiday properties. Older and larger buildings also require routine testing as the length of pipework can 'dead legs' and stagnent water.
Our Legionella Control Scheme Pack contains a logbook and one of our waterproof legionnaires thermometers for recording regular temperature readings as required by the Health & Safety Executive's Approved Code of Practice, known as L8.
Our waterproof legionella thermometers are easy to use and our logbook is designed to help you maintain practical records to comply with the Record Keeping section of L8, which inspectors will be looking for.
